I still have the link at the top of our BLOG to the eagles that hatched last month. They have grown quite a bit and seem to be doing well. At the bottom of the ustream page, is information about the nest, the eagles, and how long they stay in the nest. It will be fun to see when they start to learn to fly. This is a unique learning opportunity as we rarely get to see eagles in their nest up close.
Caution: The adult eagles do bring up small animals (usually a rabbit) that they have hunted and killed as food for their babies. They pull it apart and feed the baby eagles. While this is part of nature, you may not want your children to see that part, so review what is being shown before you show your kids.
