I always thought of it as a site for information on illness (as in the flu); but they have great information on child development as well. You can find out about important milestones your child should be attaining - and you can also find out what to do if your child is not meeting those milestones. They have an alphabetical listing of all sorts of topics from ADHD and autism to hearing loss in children. I think it is worthwhile to check it out! www.cdc.gov.
