Stay and Play:

We read: "Press Here" by Herve Tullet (a very cute book)

We painted with socks filled with beans, dipped in paint and dabbed up and down onto the paper.  They make pretty designs.

We did  musical chairs for music time. We always have a cheering section and those who get "out" go into the cheering section, so no one feels like they have lost.  We do it as a fun listening activity.
