We keep waiting for the "payback" for the great winter we had, but the weather just keeps getting nicer and nicer. We sure are enjoying the time outside!
Willow Room- T/TH class
We read "Pets at the Vet" by Alyse Sweeney
we asked hte children if they had ever been to an animal hospital.
We painted numbers on a clock shape and glued a mouse running on it for our nursery rhyme Hickory Dickory Dock.
We did Hickoru Dickory dock for music, we also did Put your finger on, Teddy Bear, Teddy Bear, and 2 little black birds.
Oak Room:
We read "Berenstain Bear goes out for the team." , by Jan and Stan Berenstain
We also read another one of the Elephant and Piggie books by Mo Willems
We painted with prickly balls in a pringles can.
We did Silly dance contest, My name is Joe, and we played a which ball is missing game.
We are talking about balls and we looked at the insides of balls, we also inflated a ball to see how much air it took to fill it. we had a feely box with different kinds of balls inside and we had to feel them and guess which ball we were touching.
