We read "Thanksgiving feast" by Quinlan B Lee
We asked the children "What is your favorite food to eat at Thanksgiving?
We made turkeys using watercolors , eyedroppers and coffee filters
We painted leaf shapes at the easel.
We did the "Turkey Pokey", "5 little turkeys", and "Under hte deep blue sea" for music today.
We also did Travelin Turkeys to the tune of If you're happy and you know it
Oak Room: Pre- K class
We read "One is a feast for a mouse" by Judy Cox and "Over the river, A turkey's tale" by Derek Anderson
We painted using corn on the cob with fall colors, we will make th eprints into turkeys.
We did "Pass the turkey", "Today is Monday" and we did the turkey feathers song with alphabet letters on the feathers. We did the letter J song.
We did the mystery bag for the letter J.
