Willow Room- MWF class
We read "The umbrella day" by Nancy Evans Cooney and we asked the children if they have an umbrella.
We worked on our Mother's day gifts for art today. We had watercolors at the easels with an umbrella shape.
We had a felt picture book, bug puzzles, magnetic letters, ans some sorting activities out today. We have some new science texture materials too.
We did some action songs in the hallway today as we could not use the gym and it was raining outside. We did warm up time, moving every day, and bean bag rock.
For music we did a raindrop umbrella rhyme, sang Hello everybody, yes indeed, and may there always be sunshine.

We did some letter "R" activities and did a rhyming game.
