We gave the children a large piece of construction paper with a cup cake shape drawn on it. We made the lines in the bottom portion- but older children could do it themselves.We mixed shaving cream and glue and the children spread it on like frosting and then they sprinkled little colorful cut up squares to look like sprinkles....adorable!
